Nanocrete Technology

New or old concrete floors are grinded with a diamond disc [A]; depending on the type and conditions of the existing surface, PROMIX® P100 or M150 is applied in one or more coats [B]. 

Marble or ceramic tiles are grinded with a diamond disc [A]; depending on the type and conditions of the existing surface, fiber mesh and Nanocrete SL, PROMIX® P100, or M150 is applied in one or more coats [B]. 

Fiber mesh and PROMIX® P100 primer (saturated with silica quartz) are applied [A]; PROMIX® USL400, elastic urethane system follows, also saturated with silica quartz and overlayed by Nanocrete SL in one or two coats [B]. 

1. The first layer Nanocrete BC is applied by trowel.
2. Application of Nanolatex when the surface is dry. 
3. Application of the second layer of Nanocrete BCby trowel (third layer of Nanocrete FC is optional).
4. After the surface dries, it is sanded by a rotarymachine with 100/120 grain, and dust is removed.
5. A protective urethane sealer like PROMIX® C600+ (GLOSS/MATTE/SATIN) is applied.
